Indoor cyclists can ride on their bicycle trainers and connect to Bluetooth speed and cadence sensors to accurately estimate speed and distance. Cadence also supports indoor bikes like the Schwinn IC4 & Bowflex C6.

Train with workout apps like Peloton, Apple Fitness+, SoulCycle, and others by setting up a custom screen showing just cadence for your indoor cycling rides.
